Ingredients:
Kale chopped
Salt & pepper
Granulated garlic
Lemon (cut in half and set half aside; thinly slice other half)
Avocado oil
Instructions:
Place chopped kale on baking sheet
Lightly coat with avocado oil
Season to taste with granulated garlic, and slat & pepper
Top with thin lemon slices
Bake at 400 10-12mins or until crispy (times may vary based on equipment)
Squeeze remaining half of lemon on top to desired taste
