Kale chips

Ingredients:

  • Kale chopped

  • Salt & pepper

  • Granulated garlic

  • Lemon (cut in half and set half aside; thinly slice other half)

  • Avocado oil


Instructions:

  • Place chopped kale on baking sheet

  • Lightly coat with avocado oil

  • Season to taste with granulated garlic, and slat & pepper

  • Top with thin lemon slices

  • Bake at 400 10-12mins or until crispy (times may vary based on equipment)

  • Squeeze remaining half of lemon on top to desired taste
